Meet Taidgh

Taidgh H. McClory is the founder of THM Advisors, an impact enterprise dedicated to helping developers embed racial equity strategies into their operating models to generate better social and financial outcomes for the companies and communities they build. Based in MA, McClory’s career in commercial real estate and advertising has spanned over 25 years.

McClory’s serves as Vice-Chair/Trustee for St. John’s Prep; Co-Chair/Director for Beyond Walls, Inc,; and Vice Chair/DEI for ULI: Responsible Property Investment Council. McClory is an active member of The Real Estate Executive Council, Urban Land Institute, and NAIOP-MA with a BA from Dartmouth College.

Taidgh H. McClory is the founder of T.H. McClory, LLC, an MBE social impact enterprise that helps leaders, developers, and institutions integrate racial equity strategies into their operating models. This integration aims to produce better social and financial outcomes for the communities and companies they build. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate and advertising, McClory specializes in strategic planning, real estate brokerage, marketing, brand planning, market research, and economic development. He most recently served as the Director of Social Impact & Inclusion for MP Boston and, prior to that, as the Managing Director/Partner at CBRE/New England. In this role, he led sales management, business development, and civic engagement throughout the New England region.

McClory is a champion of diversity and inclusion and an active member of the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), a national trade organization that convenes executives of color in the commercial real estate industry. He serves on the Steering Committee for the Real Estate Exchange (REEX), a summer college and career immersion program that aims to build the next generation of students of color by connecting them with knowledge, networks, and access to the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, McClory serves on the Urban Land Institute: Responsible Investment Property Council, the board of Massachusetts Economic Alliance (MassEcon), and the Executive Council of Diversity & Inclusion for The Partnership, Inc., as well as several other initiatives focused on economic development, social impact, diversity/equity/inclusion, commercial real estate, education, and philanthropy.

McClory was the recipient of the 2020 National Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s President’s Award by the NAIOP-MA Chapter. A native of Lynn, MA, he graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in History and Studio Art. In his local community on the North Shore, McClory serves as the Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees for St. John’s Preparatory School, Co-Chair/Board of Directors for Beyond Walls, the Cummings Foundation Grant Selection Committee, and a lector at St. Maria Goretti Parish in Lynnfield, where he resides with his wife and three children.


Meet Milton

Milton is CEO of KAGE Growth Strategies, LLC (KAGE), an MBE multifaceted consulting firm with strong expertise in crafting and implementing diversity and inclusion solutions. KAGE works closely with private sector firms, government and quasi government agencies to design, test, and implement inclusion strategies. The firm specializes in facilitating team diversity, workforce diversity, MWBE participation and shared equity roles in CRE projects. KAGE co-founded and manages CREST (Commercial Real Estate Success Training) which facilitates summer internships for BIPOC and female college students. CREST interns have been placed over 150 students in over forty firms across MA and NY. Forty-seven alumni are now working in CRE.

He has more than 30 years of senior experience in finance, economic development, and diversity, working with small businesses and large corporations.
